Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd

Our place is located over on Bhosari Devasandra Main Road at W-230E. If you drive down that way you’ll see plenty of industrial buildings but ours is pretty easy to spot once you get close. We deal with auto technologies which basically means we spend our hours working on parts and components for vehicles. It’s a lot of metal and machine noise throughout the shift. The team here has been together for a while and we mostly just focus on getting the daily production numbers where they need to be. It’s a big space but it gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof. We usually take our breaks near the main entrance where there’s a bit of a breeze coming off the road. Dealing with auto parts isn't exactly a quiet profession but it’s what we know. We have trucks coming and going at odd hours to drop off materials or pick up finished bits. The floors are always a bit oily no matter how much we try to scrub them down on Saturday mornings. It’s just the nature of the work we do at Lumax. We aren't trying to be the biggest factory in the world we just want to make sure the parts we send out are solid. Most of the guys living nearby walk to work so it feels like a neighborhood spot even if it's an industrial zone.
