You can find us in Kasarwadi, up on the first floor of the Vithoba Complex in Room 10. We’ve been running Lotus Engineers from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a typical engineering setup with tools, drawings, and parts scattered around. Being in Pune gives us access to a lot of industrial work, which keeps us pretty busy. The complex isn't new, but it works for us. We spend most of our hours figuring out mechanical problems or working on client specs. It's the kind of place where you might get a bit of grease on your hands, and that's fine by us. We have a small crew and everyone knows their way around a workshop. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Kasarwadi is a busy industrial hub, so there’s always the sound of machines or traffic in the background. It’s a practical environment for engineering work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather have good tools. Our neighbors in the complex are mostly other small businesses, so we all get along fine. It’s a straightforward life here. We take on a job, finish it, and move to the next one. We’ve built a steady reputation just by being consistent and showing up every morning. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just focus on the engineering. It works for us.
