At Lordsun Tours & Travels, we have set up shop at 43 Sinhagad Road. We are right near the Anand Complex, which is a landmark most people in this part of town know pretty well. Our office is a modest place where we spend our mornings and evenings figuring out travel plans for everyone. Sinhagad Road is almost always crowded, so there is a constant hum of traffic outside our door. It is not a polished, shiny office with glass walls. It is just a room with some sturdy desks, a few old chairs, and a calendar that is usually marked up with all sorts of dates. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything fancy. Most people find us because they are walking by or someone told them about us. We talk to people plainly about where they want to go and how they can get there. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone will not stop ringing, but that is just a normal day for us. We have been in this spot near Anand Complex for a while now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The chai shop nearby is where we usually end up when we need a break. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We are just local people helping other people get from one place to another without a lot of fuss. It is a straightforward business, and we like it.
