Liquid Bisto The Cafe

We are located over at Sai Dwarka Housing Society 8 in Nigidi. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice for a cafe. We set this place up because we wanted somewhere local for people to just sit for a bit. We have the usual stuff, some coffee, some cold drinks, and snacks that people like to munch on. The tables are simple and we don't have any of that high-end decor you see in the city malls. It is more about having a place to hang out. We see a lot of students coming in with their books or just friends from the society who want to get out of their flats for an hour. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when a big group comes in, but mostly it is just the sound of the machine and people talking quietly. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the tables to making the drinks. It is not a huge operation. We just try to keep things tidy and make sure there is enough milk and coffee beans in stock. The afternoon sun hits the windows in a certain way that makes the place feel warm. We don't have a big menu with words you can't pronounce. It is just basic, honest food and drink for the people living around here. It is our little corner of Nigidi and we like it that way.
