Libar Motors & Engineering is tucked away in Chikhlee, specifically in the Upper Indiranagar area at 712 B 31. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but the locals know where we are. We do a lot of the heavy lifting here, mostly metal work and fixing up motors that have seen better days. The shop floor is always a bit greasy, but that’s part of the job. We have been working out of this space for years, and it fits us well enough even if it gets a bit cramped during the bigger projects. Most of the guys here have been with us since the start. We don't spend much time on the office work; we’d much rather be out there with a wrench in hand. Chikhlee has changed quite a bit since we moved into 712 B 31, but the industrial side of things keeps us busy. You can usually hear the sound of the machines running from down the block. We aren't big on talk or making things look pretty. If something is broken, we look at it and see if it can be fixed. Sometimes the rain leaks through the roof a little bit near the back door, but we just move the equipment. It’s a plain shop for plain work. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of orders sitting on the desk.
