Le Royce Hotel

Our place is over at D-7 Green Acres on Salunke Vihar Road in Kondhwa. It’s a part of Pune that has grown a lot over the years. We are right there in the middle of it. The building itself is part of the Green Acres complex, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are driving down the main road. Being in Pune 48 means we get a mix of local residents and people just passing through the area. We try to keep things running smoothly every day. It's not always easy with the traffic on Salunke Vihar Road, but we manage. The hotel isn't one of those massive corporate chains with hundreds of staff members. We are more of a local operation. We spend a lot of time just making sure the rooms are okay and the front desk has someone there when needed. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or the internet goes slow, but we fix it as fast as we can. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. People come here because it’s a convenient spot in Kondhwa. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big speeches. We just focus on the building and the people staying here. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. The weather in Pune helps, usually it’s nice enough to keep the windows open in the lobby area.
