L&T (Ecc)

We operate out of number 20 in the RBI Staff Society. This is located in Kothrud, Pune, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. We are near Mantri Park, so that’s a good reference point for anyone looking for us. L&T (Ecc) has been based here for some time. It’s a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main city center, which is something we like. Our office is basically a house that we use for work. It’s got a small garden area out front that’s a bit overgrown. Inside, it’s just several rooms filled with desks and maps and various project files. Pune 411 038 is a good neighborhood to be in. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning while we are starting our day. The work can be a bit dry sometimes, lots of planning and technical stuff, but we keep at it. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls and a lobby. It’s just a solid, practical place where we get things done. Maharashtra is home for us. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and talk about the day’s work. There’s no big sign outside, just a small one on the gate. We like it this way because it feels more like a community than a cold office building. Just local people working on local things every day without any fuss.
