Kalyani Nagar is a nice spot to be in, and being in a residential society like Silver Oak makes the work environment feel more relaxed. We handle both software and engineering services, so our days are usually a mix of different types of technical tasks. It’s not a huge operation; we mostly just focus on our own list of things to do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Usually, it’s just us sitting in the office, looking at designs or writing code until the sun goes down. The office is really just a converted space that fits our needs. We like the local cafes around here when we need a break. We started this company because we wanted to work on things our own way, without all the layers of management you find in bigger places. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, handling the business side and the technical side all at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does a solid job and keeps its clients happy. It’s quiet in the building for the most part, which helps us concentrate on the engineering problems we have to solve every day.
