Our place is tucked away in Baner at the Pashan Link Road. We’re in Flat A 703 of Plot B, right in the middle of all the new buildings coming up in this part of Pune lately. We deal mostly with tea leaves, so our space usually smells like a garden after it rains, which is a nice way to spend a workday. It’s a small operation with just a handful of people handling the bags and making sure the quality is what it should be before anything leaves the door. We aren’t a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a personal setup where we can keep an eye on every single batch. We spend our mornings checking the latest arrivals from the growers and our afternoons getting orders ready for people. Baner has changed so much since we started, but we like being in this spot because it’s easy to get around to different parts of the city. We don’t spend money on big signs or loud ads or anything corporate. Most people find us because someone they know told them about where we are and what we do. It’s a quiet way to run a business, and that suits our style just fine. We have our regulars who come by, and we usually end up having a cup together while we talk about the weather or the news. It’s not complicated. We just like tea and we like being part of the local trade here. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
