Kumar A Malvatkar

I’m Kumar A Malvatkar and my work is based out of Sakinaka, specifically at 703 on Sinhagad Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside is almost never quiet. My office is up on the seventh floor, so at least I get a bit of a view, even if it's just other buildings. I’ve been working from this space for a while now. It’s just me and a couple of assistants most days. We have a lot of files piled up on the desks because we prefer paper over digital for a lot of things. It feels more real that way. The room isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have a small table for visitors and a very old computer that still works fine. People usually call before they come over because the building can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the lane. I spend a lot of my day checking documents and answering the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. I like the neighborhood because you can find good food just a few steps away. We usually take a break in the afternoon when it gets really humid. It’s just a simple, honest setup for getting the work done. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep things moving along at our own pace throughout the week.
