Our setup is a little different because we’re located right at Shri. S. V. Patil’s place. It’s House No. 378 in the Vetal Maharaj Housing Society. Being in a residential society in Old Sanvgi gives the whole business a very neighborhood feel. You don't get the cold, industrial atmosphere here. Instead, you hear the neighbors and the usual sounds of a housing colony while we are working on our engineering stuff. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the files and the equipment we have to keep around, but it makes the day pass by faster. We’ve been here long enough that the security at the gate doesn't even ask who we are anymore. The society has some nice trees, so it stays a bit cooler than the main road even in the middle of the summer. We mostly use the space for the technical planning and the paperwork side of things. It’s a quiet corner of Pune, 411 027, and we like it that way. No big glass buildings for us. Just a room in a house where the work gets done. Sometimes the neighbor's kids are playing outside while we’re trying to finish a report, and it just feels like normal life. We don’t do things in a flashy way. We just have our desks, our computers, and the task at hand. It’s a very grounded way to run an engineering firm and it keeps us focused on the reality of things.
