You can find our office at 1549/B/409/3 in Sadashiv Peth. We are tucked away near Jhaveri Bazar. If you know where Maharashtra Mandal is, we are right opposite that. The street gets very busy, especially when there are events happening at the Mandal. We have a small desk where we handle all the bookings for cars and trips. There are maps pinned to the wall that have been there for years, and they are starting to fade a bit from the sunlight coming through the window. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to drivers and checking on schedules. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything. We have some basic plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their paperwork. The computer we use is a bit old and makes a humming sound, but it still works fine for what we need. We usually have a few different drivers coming in and out during the day to drop off logs or pick up keys. Sometimes we share a tea with them and talk about how the roads are looking. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure people get where they need to go. We keep a ledger for the daily stuff because it’s easier than typing everything out. It feels like a real local spot here in the heart of the Peth.
