Kratos Engineering & It Solutions Private Limited.

Our place is at 74, General Block in the MIDC Bhosari area. It’s a very industrial neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise from the nearby workshops and factories. Kratos Engineering & It Solutions Private Limited has been based here for a while. The building is a bit older, with some gray paint that’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy. We have a decent amount of space inside for our computers and the engineering equipment we use. Most of us arrive early to beat the traffic because the roads in Bhosari can get really backed up. There is a small area out front where we park our bikes. Inside the office, it’s usually quiet because everyone is focused on their screens. We have an old water cooler that makes a loud gulping sound every time someone uses it. The desks are a mix of different styles we’ve picked up over the years. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Usually, we just huddle around someone’s monitor to talk about a problem. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment. We like being in the General Block because it feels like we are in the middle of where things actually get made. The local canteen has decent food, so that's where we usually end up for lunch most days. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky, but that is just part of the job we do here.
