Kpit Cummins

If you are looking for us, we are at G9 Akshay Park. It’s on the Aundh Chinchwad Road in the Thergaon area of Pune. It’s a decent spot, quite easy to reach for most of us who live nearby. We do technical work for Kpit Cummins at this branch. The office itself is pretty functional. We have the usual things: desks, some old files, and a few plants that we occasionally remember to water. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices with bean bags. We just have chairs that are mostly comfortable. The team here is small, so we don't have a lot of rules about who sits where or when you can take a break. We just make sure the work is done. Chinchwad Road can get really packed during rush hour, so some of us come in early to beat the crowd. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one. We talk about sports or the weather while we wait for programs to load. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just know what we need to do each day. It’s a plain, honest place to work. No one here is trying to be a corporate superstar. We’re just tech folks doing our bit in Thergaon. Most days are pretty quiet, and that is exactly how we like it to be.
