Kpit Cummins

Kpit Cummins is situated on Senapati Bapat Road in Pune, over in the Shivajinagar area. We are tucked away in Ajay Apartments, specifically building 3/1, flat 401/A. It belongs to Mr. Karnalkar. Being on SB Road means we are right in the middle of one of the busiest parts of the city. There is always the sound of motorcycles and buses outside, but up on the fourth floor, it is a bit more detached from the chaos. The office feels like a classic Pune apartment that was changed into a workspace. It has those tiled floors and heavy doors you see in older buildings. We have rows of desks where people sit with their laptops, working on various engineering and tech projects. The space is a bit tight, especially when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a lot of books and manuals stacked on shelves, and there are always whiteboards covered in scribbles and diagrams. It is a place where we do a lot of thinking and problem-solving. We don’t have a fancy cafeteria, so most of us just bring our tiffins and eat together in the small break area. It is a very normal, low-key environment. We focus on the technical details of our projects and don't worry much about having a polished, corporate look. It feels more like a workshop for people who happen to use computers.
