Kpit Cummins

Kpit Cummins is located at C2 401 Aditya Shagun in the Bawdhan area of Pune. Bawdhan is an interesting spot because it’s surrounded by hills and feels a bit different from the city center. Our office is on the fourth floor and you can see a bit of the greenery if you look out the window at the right angle. The building is a mix of residential and commercial spaces so there’s always someone moving furniture or kids playing in the common areas. We’ve set up our desks to make the most of the space we have. It’s not a huge office but it’s enough for the team we have here. We don't have a high-speed elevator or a fancy lobby. We just have a reliable door and a place to sit. Most of us commute from different parts of Pune so the conversation usually starts with how bad the traffic was on the way in. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when we get hungry. It’s a very relaxed environment. We don't have a strict dress code so you’ll mostly see us in jeans and t-shirts. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about the corporate fluff. It’s a practical place for practical people. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished before we head home.
