Kpit Cummins Infosystem Ltd,Pune is located in the Pashan area, specifically on Sus Road. Our office is in B-204 of the Anusha Residency. Pashan is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, which is nice because it feels more relaxed. The residency is a mix of people living there and a few businesses like ours tucked into the units. Our space is basically a large apartment that we have filled with desks, chairs, and server racks. It is a bit of a maze with all the wires running across the ceiling and along the baseboards. We have a small balcony where people go to take a phone call or just get some fresh air for a few minutes. The kitchen has an old kettle and a stack of mugs that never seems to get fully cleaned. We spend our days looking at data and working on software systems. It is the kind of place where you can hear the hum of the computers all day long. We don't have a dress code or anything like that, so most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are leaving in the evening. It is a simple setup that works well for the kind of technical stuff we do. We like being in a residential area because it feels less like a sterile office park.
