Kohinoor Tea Emporium

We’ve been here at Plot No. 13 in the Premraj Complex for quite some time now. Shanti Nagar Corner is always a bit busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work or dropping kids off. Our shop, Kohinoor Tea Emporium, is just a regular place where we keep different kinds of tea leaves and blends. It’s not a fancy setup or anything, just a spot in Vishrantwadi where people come when they need their daily stock. Some people like the stronger dust tea while others ask for the leaf varieties, so we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. It gets a little dusty sometimes because of the road right outside, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend most of our day weighing out packets and chatting with the regulars who live in the nearby buildings. There’s a lot of movement around the corner, and we see the same faces every day. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know we are here next to the main crossing. If you walk past the complex, you’ll probably see us sitting behind the counter. It’s a simple life, running a tea shop. We make sure the stock is fresh and the jars are filled up. It’s mostly about being part of the neighborhood and making sure people have what they need for their morning cup at home.
