Kiya Foods Private Limited

Kiya Foods Private Limited is located over in Chikhali, Pune. We are at Plot No 43 in Samrudhi Park, which is near Sharad Nagar in Section 19 of the PCNTDA area. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of town, but it’s where we do all our daily work. We aren't a big corporation with shiny glass walls and a lobby. It’s more of a practical space where we can actually get things done without distractions. We spend our days managing the operations and making sure everything is running the way it should be for our clients. There isn't much room for fancy stuff here; we focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out or find a workaround like everyone else. That’s just how it is in this area. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something that made sense for us. We don't have any scripted speeches about our goals or a list of corporate values. We just provide something useful and keep the lights on for another month. The neighborhood is mostly other small businesses and houses, so it feels very grounded and real. We like it that way. Every day brings something new, whether it’s a problem to solve or a small win to celebrate with the team. We don’t pretend to be anything we’re not.
