Kirloskar Pneumatic

Kirloskar Pneumatic has a presence at the Hadapsar Industrial Estate and also out in Kammagondanahalli. Hadapsar is a well-known area for industry. It is always busy with trucks and people. There is a lot of dust and the sound of manufacturing everywhere you go. Our place is not different. We deal with pneumatic equipment, so there is always the sound of air compressors and valves clicking. It’s a very mechanical environment. We don't have a lot of office space. Most of what we have is dedicated to the machines and the assembly areas. We have some heavy equipment that we've used for years. It's reliable and gets the job done. Kammagondanahalli is another spot where we have some operations. It’s a bit of a distance between the two, so we are often moving things around. We are just regular people working here. We wear overalls and get our hands dirty. There is no corporate ladder to climb. We just make sure the pneumatic parts are sorted and ready for use. Some days are stressful when things don't go right, but that's just life in a workshop. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our tools and our benches. People in Hadapsar know where the industrial estate is. We have been a part of it for quite some time now. It’s a noisy life but it’s what we know.
