Our office is over in Rakashak Nagar Phase 1, specifically Flat 16 in Building 17. It’s a residential area in Kharadi, so it’s not like a big storefront on a main road. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from here for a good while. Pune is a big city, and things can get confusing when you’re trying to book buses or cars, so we just help sort it out. It’s mostly just us on the phone or computer checking schedules. We don't have big glossy brochures for everything. Usually, someone calls us up saying they need to get to Mumbai or go on a pilgrimage, and we find the best way to do it. Sometimes the traffic in Chandan Nagar makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of employees. It’s a small operation. We know the local roads and the drivers pretty well. If a car is late, we're the ones calling to find out why. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We’ve had some long days during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to travel at once. It gets hectic, but that’s just the nature of the business. We like hearing stories from people when they get back from their trips. It’s a lot of talking and planning, but it works for everyone involved in the end.
