Devgiri is the name of the building we're in. We occupy the second floor in the Kothrud Industrial Estate. It’s a well-known spot, tucked behind Sangam Press. If you know Kothrud, you know it’s a mix of old residential areas and these busy industrial pockets. At Keetronics (India) Pvt Ltd, we’ve made this floor our own. It’s not a huge office, but there’s enough room for everyone to do their bit. We’ve got some work benches and a bunch of computers. The windows look out over the other units in the estate. It’s rarely quiet here; there’s always the sound of machinery from nearby or people moving crates around downstairs. We like being in this part of Pune. There are good places nearby to grab a quick snack during the afternoon break. Our team is pretty small, so everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a lot of hierarchy or fancy titles. Someone brings a problem, and we all try to figure it out together. The second floor gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have some fans that do the trick for us. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay on top of everything. It’s a simple operation, really. We’ve been here at this address for quite some time, and it feels like home now. We just come in, do the work, and head back to our families when the day is done.
