Kedar Engineers

Kedar Engineers is located at B/46/106/2 on the Bhosari New Civil Road. It’s right in the middle of a very industrial area, so there are always sounds of metal banging and engines running nearby. Our unit is a bit small, and we have to be very careful about how we use the space. We have machines lined up against the walls and a small area in the front for our paperwork. The walls are painted a dull color and have a few stains here and there. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just a few ceiling fans that wobble a bit when they're on high. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we just deal with it. We don't have a dedicated person to answer the phones or handle visitors. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us has to stop what we’re doing and go see who it is. We keep our schedules on a big whiteboard that's starting to get a bit stained. There’s no big corporate vibe here; we’re just a group of people who know how to work with machines. We spend most of our time on the floor, and our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we focus on the engineering tasks without worrying about how the office looks to outsiders.
