Kartik Engineers

Kartik Engineers is based at 15-1, over in the Mayureshwar Engineers building. We are located in Gulve Vasti, Bhosari, right across from where Hindustan Pressing is. If you find them, you’ve found us. Our workshop is one of those places where there is always a bit of metal shavings on the floor and the smell of cutting oil in the air. We do a lot of engineering jobs, mostly small batches or custom parts that the bigger shops don't want to mess with. It’s just a handful of us here, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We don't really have a big office or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and goes to see who it is. The heat in Bhosari can get pretty bad in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy machining done early in the day. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or a website because we’re usually too busy with the lathes to bother. People come to us because they know we won’t overcharge them for a simple job. It’s a noisy, busy place, but we like the work. Sometimes we have to stay late to meet a deadline for a local factory, but that’s just the nature of engineering. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in.
