Kanchan Tool

We are located at 4510/1 in the Chinchwad Empire Estate area, which is right next to where the old Garware Nylons used to be. That factory is a big landmark for people around here so it helps them find our little tool shop. We deal in industrial tools and various bits of hardware that the local factories might need on short notice. The shop itself is packed from floor to ceiling with bins and boxes. It’s a bit of a maze if you don't know where things are kept, but we have our own system that works for us. We spend a lot of time counting stock and making sure we haven't run out of the common sizes. The Empire Estate area is always busy with people moving around and trucks making deliveries to the different units. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place with a counter and a lot of steel. We’ve been here long enough that we remember when the roads were half the size they are now. Most of our day is spent talking to people who need a specific wrench or a replacement part for a machine. We just grab what’s needed and move on to the next task. Sometimes we stay open a little late if someone is coming from far away, but usually, we like to get the shutters down by seven. It’s a living and it keeps us out of trouble.
