Kalyani'S Kitchen Llp is tucked away in the Sushila Housing Society. Our spot is Flat No. A/2, and the survey number is 4546/4. We are located in Erandwana, which is a place we really like being in. It feels like a real community here. The housing society is usually pretty quiet, which we appreciate. We aren't some big food conglomerate. It’s just a kitchen run by real people. We spend a lot of our mornings getting everything ready for the day. Erandwana has a lot of history and we feel like we fit in well at Sushila Hsg Soc. The flat itself is where all the cooking happens, though it’s not always pretty. We have to be careful about noise so we don't bother the neighbors too much. Sometimes the delivery guys have a bit of trouble finding the specific survey number, but once they know where A/2 is, it's easy. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just focus on the food we make. The Llp part of our name is just for the bank and the taxes. To everyone else, we are just Kalyani’s Kitchen. We like the small-scale feel of our business. It lets us keep an eye on everything ourselves without having to hire a bunch of managers. It’s a lot of work but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and get on with it every morning. It’s a simple life for us here in Erandwana.
