Kalisanath Juice Center

You can find Kalisanath Juice Center at Shop No. 4 in Katraj. We are very close to the Katraj Bus Stand, which means there are always people around. I’ve been running this shop for a few years now. It’s a small space, but we have everything we need to make fresh juice. The morning starts with a trip to the market to pick up the best fruit available that day. Then I spend an hour or two just washing and prepping everything. The bus stand nearby brings in a lot of travelers who are thirsty and tired. It’s a fast-paced environment. I don’t have much time for small talk when the buses arrive, as a crowd usually forms pretty quickly. The blender is almost always running. I try to keep the place as clean as I can, but with so many people coming in and out, it's a constant task. The floor gets sticky sometimes, and I have to mop it whenever there’s a break in the crowd. I don’t use any pre-made mixes; it’s all just fruit and a bit of ice. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows where we are. It’s a simple life, working behind this counter. I like the independence of it. Most days are long, but I’m used to the routine of Katraj now. I usually eat my own lunch standing up between orders.
