Kalika Engineering Works

We are located at 11/3/B in Bhosari, right along the 100 Feet Inner Ring Road. Most people find us by looking for the Vishwavilas Hotel since we are quite close to it. This area of Srinivagilu is always humming with some kind of activity. Our workshop is where we do all the engineering and fabrication. It’s a big, open space with high ceilings, which helps when we are working on larger pieces of steel. We do not use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just listen to what they need and see if we can build it. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere and the sound of a welder in the background. Our floors are concrete and usually have some metal shavings on them by noon. We have been in Bhosari long enough to know most of the other shop owners around here. It is a tight-knit spot. We do not put out ads or anything like that. We just do the work and hope the quality speaks for itself when the customer picks it up. It can get hot in the afternoons, but we keep the big shutters open to catch whatever breeze comes off the ring road. It is a basic, honest engineering shop where we focus on the job at hand and do not worry about much else besides getting the dimensions right.
