Kalasagar Dance Academy

Kalasagar Dance Academy is over at Shop No 266 in New Bazar. We are right opposite the Cantonment Vegetable Market in Old Anand Nagar. To get to us, you usually come off the Western Express Highway and head down the Reliance Energy Lane in Khadki. It is a bit of a hidden spot if you don't know the local roads. The sound of the market is always there, with people buying vegetables and trucks backing up. Our space is simple and dedicated to the students who come here. The floor has some scratches and the paint is peeling a little in the corners, but it doesn't bother us. We have a small area for people to leave their shoes and bags before they start. Being so close to the highway means there is always a bit of a rumble from the big trucks passing by. We don't have high-tech equipment, just a basic music system that we have used for years. Most of our students are locals from Khadki or nearby areas who walk over after school or work. It is a friendly place where everyone feels comfortable. We aren't trying to be a big fancy studio. We just provide a space for people to come and learn in their own time. It is a little noisy and a little crowded sometimes, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood near the Reliance Energy Lane.
