Working out of Kasba Peth is quite an experience because of how old and busy the area is. Kadam Typesetting Services is located at 1305, right in Flat No. 39. It is a quiet enough space once you get inside, which is good for the kind of detailed work we do. In Pune 411011, things move fast, but typesetting takes a bit of patience. We handle a lot of different documents and manuscripts here. Being in Maharashtra, we see a mix of languages and styles every week. Our office isn’t a storefront, so most people come to us specifically for the typesetting help. It has been our home for a while now. We just sit at the computers, fix the layouts, and make sure the text looks right before it goes to print. The stairs up to the flat can be a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. It is a very normal, local setup. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the lines and spacing are exactly where they need to be. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but that is Kasba Peth for you. We just keep our heads down and finish the pages one by one. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Our neighbors in the building are nice, and we have been part of this community for years.
