Kabita'S Kitchen Private Limited is over in Pimpli Saudagar, specifically at Building C in the Sai Saheb Society. You have to go down Shiv Sai Lane at S No. 174/3 to find the entrance. It is a residential kind of area, so we try to keep the noise down, but kitchens are naturally loud places. Between the clanking of the stainless steel pans and the exhaust fans, there is always a low roar in the room. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. Most people just know us by the smells coming from the unit. The space is a bit tight with all the bags and supplies, but we’ve figured out a system that works for the team. We start early in the morning when the society is still quiet. By noon, the place is a bit of a chaotic mess of steam and labels, but we clean it up every night before we leave. It’s not a polished corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s just a place where we do the work and try to stay out of each other's way. The staff is just a few local people who know how to handle a busy shift. We don't spend money on fancy brochures because we are too busy making sure the orders are right. It is just a regular kitchen in a regular society.
