Jewel Engineering Works

Jewel Engineering Works sits at Gat No. 94 in Jyotinagar, which is part of Talawade. It’s a busy corner of the world, especially with all the industrial development around here lately. We have a modest setup where we take on different engineering tasks. The shop floor is usually filled with various pieces of metal and different tools we use every day. We don't spend money on expensive decor because that doesn't help get the work finished. People come to us when they have something that needs fixing or making, and we just give them a straight answer. Talawade has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here in Jyotinagar. It’s a noisy place with machines humming all day long. Sometimes we have tea with the guys from the next shop over while we wait for a machine to finish its cycle. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just know how to handle the equipment and how to make things fit together right. The floor might be a bit stained and the walls could use a new coat of paint, but the machines are well-oiled. That is what matters most to us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it’s time to lock up and head home for the night.
