So, we’re the Junaid Group. Even though the company name mentions Dubai, our current setup is right here in Vadgaon Dhayari at Suyash Apartments. We’re tucked away behind Trimurti Hospital in flats 28 and 29. It’s a bit of a residential feel, which is nice because it’s not as loud or stressful as the main city center. We handle various parts of the business from here. It’s a mix of different things, mostly coordination and keeping records straight for the whole group. The office is pretty simple, just some desks shoved together and a few old computers. We have a lot of files because we deal with a lot of different departments every day. Pune is growing so fast, and even out here in Dhayari, you can see the new buildings going up every week. We usually get in early before the heat picks up. It’s a small group of us working here. We don't do those big corporate meetings with PowerPoints and long speeches. We usually just talk over the desk about what needs to be finished by Friday afternoon. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers and files everywhere, but we know exactly where everything is. We just try to keep things moving along without too much trouble. It’s a practical way to run things, and being near the hospital means it’s a landmark everyone knows. We’ve been in these flats for a bit now and it honestly feels like home to us.
