Jpma is over at Jyoti House, specifically at 172 Dahanukar Colony, Lane No 4 in Kothrud, Pune. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential and quiet enough to get things done. We've been here for a good while now. The office isn't anything to write home about, just a practical space where we work. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets. Being in Kothrud means we get a lot of local folks stopping by. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find once they get into the lane. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight on Lane 4, but we make it work. It's just a small group of us here. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through paperwork. It’s honest work. We don’t try to be something we’re not. If you come by, you might see us drinking tea and catching up before the day gets too busy. We've seen a lot of changes in Pune over the years, but our little corner of Dahanukar Colony stays pretty much the same. We appreciate the stability. It’s a local business through and through, run by people who actually live around here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just work.
