Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

We are working out of Raghukul Nagari, specifically Flat Number 303, near Ambedkar Chowk on Aundh Road. This is the office for Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj here in Pune. Being near Ambedkar Chowk means there is always something going on outside our window. It’s a busy intersection. We deal with real estate and property matters, which involves a lot of looking at buildings and talking to landlords or tenants. Our office isn't a big glass skyscraper; it's a regular flat we converted into a workspace. It feels more comfortable that way. We have stacks of files on the desks and a map of the 411020 area pinned to the wall. Most of our day is spent on calls or meeting people at different sites around Aundh Road. We aren't slick salespeople in expensive suits. We’re just regular people who know the local property market well. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, especially with all the new regulations in Pune, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow. There are way more shops and cars than when we first started. We just focus on our daily tasks, checking listings, and making sure our clients are getting the information they need. It’s a straightforward business, and we like keeping it that way without any extra fuss or corporate talk. We usually close up around six and head home to our families.
