Jitisha Machines Pvt Ltd

We are based out of Pune, working under the name Jitisha Machines Pvt Ltd. It’s a workshop environment here, so you’ll mostly find us covered in a bit of grease or metal shavings. We build and look after different types of machines. It’s the kind of work where you’re on your feet all day, bending over blueprints or tightening bolts. Pune has a lot of manufacturing going on, so we fit right in with the local scene. Our space isn't very tidy, mostly because there’s always a project in pieces on the floor. We have a small group of guys who have been doing this for years. We don’t really do sales pitches. Usually, people find us because they heard we know how to fix a specific part or build a sturdy frame for a factory setup. Some days are frustrating when a design doesn't work out the first time, but we just keep at it until it does. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time measuring things twice before we cut anything. The weather in Pune is usually okay for working in the shop, though it gets stuffy in the summer months. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We’re just a private company trying to build machines that actually work without breaking down every two weeks. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just focus on the metal and the mechanics.
