We are located in Erandwana at Golden Blossom, specifically flat numbers 5 and 6. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are in a residential-style building, but it works for Jbliss Food And Beverages Private Limited. Kanchan Gali is a quiet enough lane, which we appreciate when we are trying to focus. We share the space with the office of R S Deo, so it can get a little crowded when everyone is in. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and talking to our vendors. We started this company because we saw an opportunity in the food and drink sector here in Pune. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the work. The kitchen area is usually where we all end up for tea breaks to talk about what needs to be finished. It’s a very hands-on job. We have to keep track of a lot of moving parts to make sure everything is compliant and moving along. Sometimes the rain in Pune makes the commute a mess, but we still make it in. We aren't some big faceless entity. We are just people who live and work in the same neighborhood. Our focus is really just on the day-to-day operations and making sure our partners are happy with the stock we provide. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening, and we usually close up around six or seven.
