We operate out of the Tapi Building in the Zaveri Industrial Estate, which is in the Dhanakawadi area. It’s unit number 3. This place is usually full of maps, brochures, and schedules. We spend our time helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. Being in an industrial estate means it’s mostly warehouses and factories around us, so our little office feels a bit different. We’ve been organizing trips and bus bookings for years. It’s not always easy, especially when there are delays or things don't go as planned, but we handle it. My sister handles the phones and I deal with the bookings. We use an old computer that’s a bit slow, but it gets the job done. People from the neighborhood drop by to ask about ticket prices or holiday spots. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. It’s just us sitting in the office, talking to people. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the trucks moving, but we don't mind. We’ve lived in Pune all our lives, so we know the roads well. We just try to give people the right information so they can have a decent trip. It’s a small, family-run thing and we like it that way. No big promises, just helping folks travel.
