Jay Raj Engineering

We are located out in Warje. Jay Raj Engineering is basically a workshop where we deal with machines and metal parts. It’s usually pretty loud here because of the grinding and the welding going on. There’s always some oil on the floor and our clothes are never really clean for long. That’s just the nature of engineering work. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find me or one of the guys under a machine or holding a tool. Warje has changed a lot lately with more buildings coming up but we’ve stayed in our spot. We take on whatever jobs come our way, whether it's fixing a small part or working on something bigger. Some days the power goes out and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We have our tools, our benches, and our tea breaks. People bring us things that are broken and we try to get them working again. It’s a lot of grease and hard work but we like it. We don't really have a website or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from someone else and drive over to Warje to see if we can help. It's honest work and keeps the lights on.
