Jai Balaji Ticket Point

We are right by Sai Chowk in Sangavi, specifically at number 5. Jai Balaji Ticket Point is a small shop where we mostly just focus on getting people their tickets. Whether it’s for a bus or a train, we spend our time looking at the screens and finding seats. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. Sai Chowk is always busy, so there’s usually a lot of noise outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. People from around Sangavi stop by on their way home or while they’re out running errands. We don’t have a big team or anything corporate like that. It’s just us handling the requests as they come in. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to wait, so we just chat with whoever is in the shop. We aren't interested in being a big company, we just like being the local spot where you can get a ticket without a lot of trouble. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the common routes and the best times to travel. We keep our notebooks handy and try to stay on top of the changes. If you’re near Sai Chowk 5, you’ll see us there. We don't do much in the way of advertising because people just know where we are. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like being a part of the daily life here in Sangavi. It works for us and our customers.
