Our office is located at B26 in the Nav Arvind Society. It’s right in Taware Colony on Satara Road in Pune. It’s a well-known area, so most people don't have too much trouble finding us once they get onto Satara Road. We aren't in one of those huge tech parks. Instead, we are tucked into the colony, which makes it feel a bit more like a community. We handle various tasks for Jabil India from this spot. It’s not a massive place, but we have enough room for our desks and the equipment we use daily. The noise from the main road is always there, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a big reception desk or a person in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the work that needs to get done. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. We just focus on getting the tasks finished so we can go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in this society for a while now, and the neighbors are all used to us being here. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the job done without making a big fuss about things. It works for us.
