Jabil Circuits India Pvt. Ltd. is based at B-26 in the Ranjangaon Midc area. It’s quite a drive out there from the city, so most of us have a bit of a commute every morning. The industrial area is massive and it can be easy to get lost if you don’t know your way around the different blocks. Our building, B-26, is a busy place with people coming and going at all hours. We have shifts here, so the work doesn't really stop. It can be a bit loud inside with all the equipment running, but you get used to the hum after a while. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is following the right process. There are a lot of rules to follow in a place like this, which keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in Ranjangaon for a good while now. The lunchroom is usually where we all catch up for a few minutes before heading back to the floor. It’s hard work and the days can feel long, especially when the weather is hot. But we have a good group of people here who look out for one another. We just focus on getting the circuits right and meeting our targets for the week. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work and we take it seriously enough to do it properly.
