Itw India Ltd.

We’ve been set up at No. 995/2/1 in Dingrajwadi for some time now. It’s a plain place, nothing too special to look at from the road. Most days start pretty early for us. We get the keys in the door and start getting things ready before the sun gets too high. Itw India Ltd. is where we spend most of our waking hours. Inside, it's usually a mix of machine noise and people talking. It isn't a quiet office by any means. We have our routines and we mostly just stick to them. Sometimes the trucks coming in for deliveries get backed up, and we have to help sort out the mess in the yard. The road outside can get quite dusty when it hasn't rained in a while. We aren't big on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just do the work that needs to be done that day. Some of the guys have been here since the beginning, so we know how each other works. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a small spot where we take our breaks. We don't spend much time worrying about how the building looks as long as the work is moving along. Dingrajwadi is a quiet enough area for us to just get on with things without too much trouble from the outside.
