Isub Engineers

Our workshop is located at Plot No. 215 in Sector No. 07, which is part of the P. C. N. T. D. A area in Bhosari. If you know Bhosari, you know it’s all about industry and factories. We fit right in with the rest of them. The shop floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there’s always the smell of cutting oil in the air. We do a lot of fabrication and machining work here. It’s noisy and loud but that’s what we’re used to. We have a few machines that have been with us for years and they still run okay if you know how to treat them. Some days are slower than others when we’re waiting for materials to arrive at the gate. The sun hits the metal roof in the summer and it gets quite hot inside, so we take plenty of breaks. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, if you come to see us, you’ll find us wearing overalls and holding a wrench. We just try to get the orders done so the customers can get their machines back. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and checking gauges. Sector 7 is a busy place with trucks moving in and out all day long. We just stay focused on the work on our bench. It’s simple, industrial work without any fuss or complicated management stuff getting in the way.
