Iss Facility Service

We are located in Lonavla, in an area called Bhanarwadi. Our office is in the Ganesh Krupa Apartment. It is quite a different vibe working out here compared to being in the middle of Pune city. When the monsoon hits, the whole place gets really foggy and green, which is nice but makes the commute a bit slow. We provide facility services for various clients in and around the Lonavla area. The office itself is small and tucked away. We spend a lot of time out at the sites we manage, so the apartment is mostly used for storing equipment and doing the weekly planning. There is always a lot of cleaning supplies and tools lying around. The staff is mostly local people who know the roads here very well. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the door. It is a hardworking environment where people are usually in a hurry to get to their next shift. We handle everything from basic maintenance to general upkeep for our clients. It is honest work and keeps us busy all year round, especially when the tourists flock to Lonavla. You won't find a corporate boardroom here, just a simple table where we have our morning tea and discuss the day's tasks before heading out. Sometimes we even have to deal with monkeys outside the apartment. It is just a normal life in the hills for our team.
