Ishaan Snacks & Juice Bar

Ishaan Snacks & Juice Bar is located in the Destination Centre in Magarpatta City, specifically at Shop No 2 & 3 in the Gaiwadi area of Hadapsar. Being in Magarpatta means we see a lot of office workers who are looking for a quick break from their screens. The blenders are almost always running, so it can get a bit noisy inside. We have to keep a lot of fresh fruit on hand, and sometimes we run out of certain things if the market was short that morning. The shop is small, so we have to be very organized with how we store the cups and the fruit crates. We spend a lot of time washing oranges and peeling pineapples. Our hands are usually stained with fruit juice by the end of the shift. We have a few stools outside where people sit and chat while they drink their juice. The mall area gets quite busy on the weekends with families walking around. We try to keep the floors dry, but with the ice and the washing, it’s a constant battle. We don't use any fancy apps to manage things; we just use a regular notebook to keep track of what we need to buy. It’s a simple life, making snacks and pouring juice for people who are in a hurry. We just try to do our work honestly and keep the machines clean.
