We are located in a village called Ingali, which is in the Hatkanangale taluka of Kolhapur district. Our office is a simple place where we handle financial services. It’s not like the big banks in the city. We know most of the people who walk through our door because they live nearby. The office is on a small street and it can get quite dusty during the dry season. We have some wooden tables and old chairs for people to sit on while they talk to us. Most of our work involves helping people with their money and paperwork. It’s a quiet life here for the most part. We start our day when the shops nearby open up. Sometimes we have to travel to other parts of Kolhapur for work. The building is just a standard brick structure. We don't have air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that hum all day. We keep a ledger and some computers for our records. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We drink a lot of tea while we work. People stop by just to chat even if they don't have business to do. We’ve been here for a long time and everyone in the taluka knows where to find us. It’s honest work in a small town. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local area very well. We enjoy the slower pace of life in Ingali compared to the big city.
