We are based out of the M.N.N.I.T. campus in Allahabad, specifically at C-15. It's a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city rush, but there’s always something happening because of the students and the academic vibe. We do event planning and PR work here at Invents Event Pr Solutions. It’s mostly about making sure things go off without a hitch. Sometimes that means staying up really late to fix a stage or making a hundred phone calls to get a permit from the local authorities. Living and working in Allahabad has its own pace. It isn't like Delhi or Mumbai. People here know each other, and word of mouth is everything. We started this because we actually liked organizing stuff. Now it’s our daily grind. Our office isn't anything flashy, just a functional workspace where we sit and figure out the logistics. We handle press releases and coordinate with local media too. It can get pretty stressful when an event date is coming up. You learn to deal with last-minute changes and vendors who don't show up on time. We don't have a big corporate setup at all. It's just a few of us trying to make things work for our clients. Sometimes we’re at the actual venue more than we are in the office. The weather in Allahabad gets really hot, so that definitely affects how we plan outdoor events. We just take it day by day and try to keep things simple.
