International Design Engineering Solution Pvt. Ltd. is based at Ides Hinjori Phase-1, right near the Wipro Company. We mostly go by the name IDES. Our office is tucked away in the busy tech hub of Hinjewadi. We are a team of engineers and designers who work on technical projects. Most of our day is spent sitting in front of large monitors, looking at engineering drawings and blueprints. It’s a quiet place, unlike the loud factories some of our designs might end up in. We started this firm to provide design solutions for various industries. Being near Wipro means we are in the middle of all the action in Phase-1. The traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just part of working here. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. We just focus on the engineering details and making sure the math is correct. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and printouts. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we are a specialized group doing technical work. We take our breaks in the canteen or go for a walk nearby. It’s a professional environment but we keep things simple and honest. We just want to get the designs right so the projects can move forward. It’s a lot of thinking and checking, but it’s what we are good at. We just keep our heads down.
