Our place is at Vimal Laxmi Apt., specifically Flat 6, on Sinhagad Road in Pune. It’s located in Anand Nagar. International Design And Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd is a small operation, and working out of an apartment building like this keeps things manageable. Sinhagad Road can get really busy, but once you’re inside the building, it’s a lot calmer. We use the flat as our main office for all the engineering and design work we do. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a glass front. It’s just a regular apartment where we’ve put in some desks and computers. We know the other people in the building, and it’s a friendly environment. We spend most of the day focused on the technical details of our projects. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of the people who work with us found us through word of mouth or because they knew someone in the area. We just want to do our work and go about our day. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We don’t have a lot of rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just focus on getting the engineering right. It’s a quiet, steady way to run things in a busy part of Pune. There is always tea being made and someone is usually talking about a project on their screen. We keep our files organized as best we can and just keep moving forward with the daily workload.
